1. Information and conditions about managing a topic page
To become a moderator of a topic page you don't need to have extensive knowledge of HTML or any other know-how. YAzaa offers you an easy moderator interface to create and to manage your page. However, you are expected to seriously attend to your topic page and that you show dedication.

The moderator may not be part of a council of a similar initiative.
The log-in data of a topic page are personal and are not to be passed on to third parties under any circumstance.

2. Topic pages are managed per country
Example: sport-nederland.YAzaa.com
Example: sport-belgie.YAzaa.com
Example: sport-france.YAzaa.com
Example: sport-us.YAzaa.com
...
Therefore, it is the intention to place as many categories and links as possible that are related to the country of your choice.
Obviously, it is possible to place several links of other countries if these links have to do with the topic of the page and/or contain general information. You can also create a category of a certain country with therein the related links.

3. You may make suggestions for a topic page yourself
This concerns:
General information, examples: (going out, traffic,...)
Occupation, examples: (florists, restaurants,...)
Region, examples: (zip code, city,...)
Subjects of interest to you, examples: (animals, photography, stamps,...).
First the applicant must check if a similar page already exists. If the subject shows too much similarity with an existing page, the application is turned down.

4. It is useless to make requests for sex-related pages
These pages are managed by the YAzaa organization.
All sex-related pages, which are managed by YAzaa, are protected with a children's lock and therefore have a different link code than the general topic pages. It is thus forbidden to place sex links on your topic page. If this happens nevertheless, then you are immediately disqualified as a moderator.

5. Quality
A topic page is a page with links; a page full with links that have been objectively selected. It is not the intention to manage a topic page in order to promote your own opinion or advertise your own sites.
It is forbidden to make links to other home pages with a similar initiative. However, it is permitted to make links to topic guides that can provide information in another format.
To maintain your page at a high level, both in quality and in quantity, your page must have a minimum of 80 links. Therefore, it is smarter to collect these links prior to handing in your application.

6. Being a moderator is non-salaried
To start a topic page with commercial leanings is not the intention. Being a moderator is non-salaried. However, you are allowed to exploit 1 banner (120x60) for your own use.
The moderator is prohibited from asking for any reimbursement for mentioning certain sites or information on pages under his/her management. The moderator is also prohibited from posing as a member of the daily council of YAzaa. The moderator has no right to decide on behalf of YAzaa.

The co-workers are bound by the aforementioned conditions. YAzaa can change these conditions at all times.
At any time a co-worker can be rejected as a moderator without reasons given.
